Leicester boss Micky Adams will include the six players quizzed by Spanish police but later released for the squad against Birmingham.
James Scowcroft, Matt Elliott, Lilian Nalis, Danny Coyne, Nikos Dabizas and Steffen Freund will all be considered.

But Paul Dickov, Frank Sinclair and Keith Gillespie are unlikely to be released before the weekend.

The trio are being held in Sangonera prison on sexual assault charges, which they deny.

City boss Micky Adams told the club's website: "All players who are fit and available, regardless of whether they're charged, are up for selection."

Scowcroft was released on bail, Elliott and Nalis were freed after charges against them were dropped, while Coyne and Dabizas were released on Thursday after being questioned over breaking and entering and failing to help the women.

Steffen Freund was quizzed about failing to help a victim of crime but released without charge.

But Dickov, Sinclair and Gillespie have been held since last Thursday following allegations by three German women that they were assaulted in a hotel in La Manga, where Leicester had been on a training break.

BBC Radio Leicester reports that no decision is likely to be made by a Spanish judge in time for the trio to return to face Birmingham.

I will assess the mood both mentally and physically of the players over the next few days

Adams gave his players a day off from training on Wednesday "to clear their thoughts" as he tries to prepare for Saturday's crucial game.

They are looking to halt a run of 15 league and cup games without a win at St Andrews.

The Foxes are currently in the Premiership's bottom three and the loss of three key players will stretch the Foxes already thin squad.

Adams said: "I will assess the mood both mentally and physically of the players over the next few days.

"I will decide what is best for the club prior to the game against Birmingham City."
