..was arrested in the early hours the other morning for 'driving while disqualified'...despite him telling officers that the 'ban' had been suspended pending an appeal he was in a cell for around 5 hours before being released after it was finally found out what Defoe has said was correct....mm...could be Essex Police will find themselves on the receiving end of a writ.??,but on the odd occasion the PNC can be a bit slow to update as a bloke I know bought another car on the evening got the insurance changed over around dinner time and the following day got pulled by the boys in blue as his car activated the inboard Police car computer and it came up 'no insurance details' but they were alright about and after phoning the insurance company he was allowed to continue after a couple more checks.
