I've never paid it much attention before, but thanks to my new (free) ESPN channels, I've been watching most of the NHL featured - now I've got 'into it', and can actually follow the tactics (leave it), and spot which fecking way the puck is going (usually) - I'm lovin it.

Loving the refreshing weirdness of the fighting - instead of over here, where any unruly behaviour is frowndeded on, the cameras focus on it, the commentators go all 'Reg Gutteridge' on it, the other players, and all the umpires spectate, and generally, everybody seems to love it. Nice change from the usual PC bolleaux, I must say.

Don't fancy the Bruins' chances much this time out (again) but the Celtics are showing signs of bringing some silverware back to the foine city of Barston again..

Hopefully this will be the year when Les Glorieux bring Le Coupe back home where it belongs.
