I actually thought this thread was called '80s Irish music and I was trying to work out Irish themed answers until I got to number 4.
I saw The Piranhas supporting The Jam in the early '80s. Every time they sung the 'na na na na' line from Tom Hark, the whole crowd shouted 'f*ck off!' Then they did a song call 'I'm going with my boyfriend' and every time that line was sung the whole crowd shouted 'f*ck off!' In the end they just f*cked off.
I have no idea about the answers though but I'll have a total stab in the dark and suggest that No1 may have been the b side to 'I wanna be a drill instructor'.
Was No 3 sung by Tiger Woods?
I can't wait to find out who 'Big Bank Hank' was/is.

Telfy doesn't come into the Punter's lounge very often, if at all, but I'm sure she'd get No.3 as she was a big fan of the band Japan, who I took her to see at the Birmingham Odeon many moons ago when she was far too young to go alone. Now I wasn't a fan of the band myself but they had a hit record out at the time which I played to death so i'd know at least one track of their set.
So, in answer to the question, Dazza, it's 'Ghost'.
